If you want to receive the deliverable products earlier, please make two separate orders: one with the deliverable products, and one with the pre-order(s). If a product from your pre-order arrives earlier, we will of course keep it separate for you in our warehouse. This means that your order will not be shipped until the pre-order (and all your other products ordered) have arrived at Amuzzi.
If you as a consumer would like to know the status of your pre-order, we will always check with the supplier for you, but please be aware that we currently do not have an automatic notification system of changes in delivery times.ĭo you order multiple items in one order including a pre-order product? The actual delivery of the product may be brought forward or (usually) delayed due to various factors such as delays at suppliers, production, shipping, customs, licensor.
